Mailing list manger funtionality

mailing list manager code in there. Anybody knows of any other?

It is on my short list of things to do. Granted its lower on my short list than other tasks. I can personally vouch for the JAMES list manager. I use it on my mail server and it does suck. I can't wait till our stuff is ready so that I can ditch JAMES.
