3. Re: Error 550 Not Authorized
snowcr Jul 1, 2005 11:23 PM (in response to wobbet)550 is usually a "relay" error, meaning that you can't send to a remote domain if the sender domain (from the HELO and/or FROM) is not local. You would usually either allow relaying for authenticated clients, or ensure the sender domain is local (ie, corresponds to a local mailbox).
Just a guess though... not sure how to configure this in JBoss. -
4. Re: Error 550 Not Authorized
mikezzz Jul 2, 2005 6:14 AM (in response to wobbet)Check the settings for the DomainGroup MBean. The domain specified in the FROM address of the email should be in that list.

5. Re: Error 550 Not Authorized
blackduck005 Oct 4, 2005 9:05 AM (in response to wobbet)the mail server is running, but access to send messages is denied. I suppose that I have to configure a user list for the mailserver somewhere, but I don't know where.
Has anyone an idea?
Thx! -
6. Re: Error 550 Not Authorized
mikezzz Oct 4, 2005 9:42 AM (in response to wobbet)Install JBMail using the installer. One of the pages during the install gives you the option to specify the user/password.
