Removing Entity Mailboxes

Currently we have 2 mailbox implementations, one entity-bean based the other hibernate based. As of M3 the entity-bean one is deprecated. If there are no objections, for M4 I would like to remove it from the source tree altogether. There are a couple of reasons. Firstly I am going to be changing the Mailbox interface and I don't want maintain a deprecated implementation. Also it removes alot of unused code and unnecessary build steps.

If anyone has any good reasons to keep this code around and working, then speak now or it will go the way of the dodo in the coming weeks.

(that was a reflection on CMP2 [hi IBM, please keep telling all of your customers to use it so they keep laughing at you] bore no reflexion on that code itself)
