Generate a reply e-mail?

Hi guys,

I want to know how to make JMS generate an auto form when admin of my webapp (which is me) recieves a form on the database from users.

Do I need to make database listener? and if so how can I do that.

Sorry if I didn't explain well, I want JMS to generate an auto reply e-mail for users who submit a form, and the e-mail contains a copy of the submitted form.
The form will be stored on MySQL database.

I hope that gives you an idea about what I want.

You need to write a mail listener that puts a mail on the outgoing queue or sends it directly with javamail.
