So Adobe's site is confusing and has two installs for Windows. One is ActiveX the other is called a "plugin" and you may think "so which do I need". ActiveX is for IE. Plugin is for Firefox. So if you installed the "wrong one" and wonder why it didn't work...now you know. Sorry, I do everything but my scratch testing on Linux and Mac and since I was confused I just installed both instinctively and it "worked for me". Lots of mail said "installation was successful and didn't work" -- I suspect they chose the wrong one for their browser :-)
