Broken Calendar Mail Listener

If anyone is wondering why the calendar mail listener (in CVS HEAD) is disabled in the control.vm file (used by the test-deploy task), I switched it off as it appears to be broken and prevents JBMS from starting.

Hi Aron,

I did CVS update, ant clean, ant all, ant test-deploy. The code then failed to deploy with a ClassNotFound Exception, which seemed to be related to the calendar mail listener. I'll try to replicate the issue and post a more detailed stack trace.
