Accessing free documentation

I tried to access the free online documentation. I keep getting the following message:

Only "MemberPlus" users have access to the online documentation.
To become a "MemberPlus" user, fill out the appropriate section under the "My Account" area of the "Member Menu".

I have entered all the necessary information in the "MemberPlus" section to my knowledge. Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue - completed MemberPlus and still can't get Docs........

Forget the stupid error, I found the pdf document on topic "Started on JBoss 3.2.x" Goto page: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in this forum(The first topic of the forum).
