simple toggle panel question

I have observed this with simple toggle panel.-
open explorer window whose height width is made small.
now i open my page , i see all the content of my page shown in given window size.
now i click on wondow to maximize it..the layout is correct except the content inside simple toggle panel isnt laid out correctly.but on closing and opening toggle panel it become correct.

it is observed with simple toggle panel only .also for IE6 , firefox works fine.
is it some bug with toggle panel or is it my web page?

my components inside toggle panel are laid out using html table tag

I had a similar issue when using a dataTable with a specific width attribute inside a toggle panel, I then removed the width attribute and the problem seems to have been resolved.
