listAccount.sql nowhere to download

Hi,

Where can I download listAcount.sql please?

Same problem as described in

My experience: I downloaded jboss, the Sun j2ee tutorial and the the jboss startguide40.zip. I could build and run several examples such as the JMS example, but not the Duke Bank example.

I searched for an hour on the web but couldn't find anywhere to download listAccount.sql.

The link above is no longer working. I just made a text file with the following content and saved it as listAccount.sql and it's working fine.

select * from account;
