rich:dataGrid renders malformed XML

I've just posted a bug to Jira at http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/RF-1274

Basically, rich:dataGrid is rendering the following malformed XML:

<tbody>
 <td class="dr-table-cell rich-table-cell "> </td>
 </tr>
</tbody>

Please see the Jira report for more details. Has anyone seen anything like this or know the workaround?

Yes, I am having trouble with this too.
It renders in IE, because IE doesn't interpret xhtml as strictly as does
Firefox.

I get the following error in Firefox:

XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: .

Instead, as you point out, it puts a in the output.

Anyone have a fix,yet.

as noted in the jira bug report, it's fixed in 3.1.3. I built richfaces from the source once they patched cvs, but you may be able to work with a nightly.

Where can I get ver. 3.1.3. I only see 3.1.2 on the download site.
