Just a very quick question...Is the JBOSS AS 4.2.2.GA IPv6 compliant (for a Windows 2003 Server installation)?

There are number of IPv6-related JIRA issues. Go to http://jira.jboss.com/ and do a search on IPv6. Looks like some things work (I verified that a while back, but cannot recall which version of JBossAS I was using, might have been 5.0.Beta3), and some issues are still being fixed.
