Today we have Jboos 3.2.2, want update version, which do you recommend? and Does not cause impact
Aplications incorporate EJB,Struts, Job, Servlets and Data Base Oracle 9i

No matter what you update to you will run into issues. The best thing to do is try 5.0 and 4.2.3. If neither gives you fewer errors, I would suggest going for 5.0 (it should be out in GA before you finish your port).
