Scroll bars in modalPanel body

I've read the following posts:

but they result in scroll bars for the whole panel. What I would like is scroll bars in the main body of the modalPanel only so that the header does not disappear when the box is scrolled. Any suggestions as to how I can achieve this?

I think you could add panel inside modalPanel and add scroll bars to that panel, not modalPanel.. not sure though..
