    a4j:repeat and components that use it are disabling my links

      I have a page where I display a series of command links and they fire ajax actionListeners to do work. When i display one of the command links on the page everything works fine and my action listener is called successfully. When i add any sort of repeat function be it a4j:repeat and it derivatives or ui:repeat as I am using facelets. I am on version 3.1.2 of richfaces. I have attached the code as well as the logs for working and non working examples
