resource not available

I downloaded the nukes from the cvs today, and I am running jboss 3.2.2RC2.

I finally have everything deployed and it creates a directory:

$JBOSS_HOME/server/default/work/MainEngine/localhost/nukes

However, when I go to:

http://127.0.0.1:8080/nukes

I get this error...

The requested resource () is not available.

Any ideas?

this is the only error I see when I deploy it:

Unable to invoke setDelegate on class loader:org.jboss.web.catalina.WebCtxLoader$ENCLoader@dfd643

I am unsure what to do about that error.

try http://localhost:8080/nukes/ instead
