Downloadable MySQL Version of Nukes?

In the O'Reilly paper by Fleury and Viet

in the "Installing and Using Nukes" section, they state that a MySQL version of Nukes can be downloaded from the JBoss website. They also state that the jboss.org site is using this version.

I have been unable to find that download link. Anybody know how to download the MySQL version of Nukes?

Its pretty much the same except for changing local.properties.
