HTML GUI editor

Whenever the gui editor tools, such as add url or insert image is used and then the page is updated, the next time I click the view button the see how it looks there are a bunch of Ă symbols on the page with the content. I was wondering if there was something I am missing or should change to fix that.

Sorry, I forgot about html codes. The symble is a capital A with the bottom of a half circle above it (I forget what it is called).
