Use of HTML Block

I've added a new HTML block to my site. What file is it looking to display? I checked the jmx-console for the new block, but I don't know how to specify what file I would like to show up in that block. I expected to see a URL somewhere.

Nevermind. I'm blind. I just stumbled across the "File Id" parameter. For some reason, I missed it on both the jmx-console and the html block editor.
