Is Nukes with JBoss 3.2.5 possible ?

For now only JBoss 3.2.3 is supported.
Later, other versions of JBoss will be supported.

I'd also like to know when I'll be able to install Nukes on top of an existing JBoss 3.2.5/3.2.6 installation?

Are there any problems with running a second instance of JBoss along with JBoss 3.2.3/Nukes?

i'm currently working on getting nukes to run in 3.2.4 and greater. you can run a second instance of jboss if you'd like, but you'll need to make sure you change all the port numbers so you don't get conflicts.
