New RSS Support for news module

Now there is RSS support for the news module. It works the same way as for the forum RSS, ie:

http://localhost:8080/nukes/modules/news/rss?c=1
Will return RSS for the topicid 1

(PS: For the forum it's
http://localhost:8080/nukes/modules/bb/rss?f=1
where f is the forumid)
