Reworked the Themes tutorial document

Hi.

I have just uploaded a PDF in the Nukes_Themes_HowTo section of the wiki.
The content is basically identical with the .doc file but has been improved in layout and readability.
I found it being hard to step through the document with the old (mostly unformatted) style and, being an OpenOffice user, I was unsatisfied with the style OO presented the document after importing it.

I hope the PDF satisfies the needs of all now and helps.

By chance I had a windows laptop with Windows and Office here for the weekend anyway so I took the occasion to update the word document.
