1) i login admin in nukes1.1 i try create a new topic for new but the nukes reply "Unable to create topic "... what i can create the new news topic?

2)where i upload the image for news topic?

1) weird... It should work if you didn't change the rights of admin. Is it the 1.1RC3 package ?

2) Use the HTML module to upload images. There are some sample images in /icons/

I can't reproduce your error. (using 1.1RC3-src) Are you sure you are not trying to create a topic with a name already existing ?
