For some reason the style for
<link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='/a4j_3_1_3-SNAPSHOTcss/panel.xcss/DATB/eAGTWzQ.BgAD.AG8'/>
is pulling blank and no style is applied to my panels. I pulled the related css from the bluesky theme in the live demo and manually added this to the header of my page and the style is now there. All other components do not have this problem.
Any ideas what might be wrong here?
