    JBoss Portal build

During the qa conf call of today we had the chance to have an overview of what would be JBoss Build using Maven 2. It looks like it would reduce the useless complexity of our build (based on former AS 4.0 build).

If the decision is made to migrate to Maven 2 (or JBoss Build when consensus is achieved) then it would be a good thing to make it soon as we are starting a new development cycle.

Maven has a number of plugins to generate specific IDE project files (Intellij, Eclipse, JDeveloper).
So there will be no more questions like: "How to compile portal in Eclipse".

              Does this

mean that there is a maven 2 repository available that contains much of the JBoss jar files?

That would definitly make me happy :-)
