a4j and facelets flashing component problem

hello..

I get recurent error when I try to send an ajax request for the first time on one page.
the request is not send, a4j status stay on start.
facelet log display something like : try flushing component... refresh ..
Im forced to do F5 to refresh..
do you have any idea about this??
the problem occured with IE7

myfaces1.1.5
riche-faces last snapshot

the page is composed of a rich:dropDownMenu on the top..and form with ajax request possibillities on the body..

it seems that the page including the dropDownMenu need refresh action.
