Last Call Before 1.0.2 release.

I'm nearly ready to do the 1.0.2 release of the JBoss Microcontainer.

I just need to rework the standalone build to conform to standards:

This will be the final release of the 1.0.x branch, besides bug fix releases.

If you want anything adding speak now!
Otherwise I will release it on Wednesday 25th January.
