Bug in MicrocontainerTest

I found a bug in the MC test where if the validate() fails on the deployment
during setup() it didn't tear down the logging or security.

This caused a subsequent tests to fail because the jboss-test logging plugin class
didn't have the authority to retrieve a system property with the security manager set.

I can't raise a JIRA issue for this because it is currently down. :-(
