datascroller problem, tooltip stops working

Hi,

I have a rich:dataScroller in the footer of a dataTable along with some commandButtons (image). I use rich:ToolTip on the command buttons, and everything works fine. But if I try to switch pages using dataScroller too quickly using the "next page" buttons, tooltips stop appearing until i reload the page. This happens only if I use "next page", if I use "fast forward" I couldn't reproduce that (but I have a small amount of pages, maybe that's the case).

I use tooltips with 500msec delay, but the same happens with no delay. RichFaces 3.1.2

I'm using rich:dataScroller because t:dataScroller produced exception when using "back" in a specific case, which is avoided in richFaces. Maybe I can disable ajax processing "somehow" ?

try please to use ignoreDupResponces="true" on dataScroller. ;)

This indeed helped a bit, but the problem is still there.

Also when trying to reproduce the problem I once encountered an ArrayOutOfBounds (getting incorrect row) exception, which normally (normal clicking) is not there. Couldn't reproduce that one though...
