JBoss-IDE Tutorial - Blank page returned

I have reached the point in the tutorial where I can perform the compute but the page returned in the web browser is blank.
Can anyone offer any pointers as to why this might be so. I'm using
Eclipse 3.0.1, JBoss-IDE 1.4 and JDK1.4
