Can't enter ']' & '}'

I found the same. Reason seems to be that closing brackets are generated automatically by Eclipse while you type.
But if you deleted them, the only way to create them I know of is to insert an opening bracket at the desired location, press enter so that the closed bracket is created and afterwards delete the opening bracket again.
Not nice, but a workaround.

Just remove the key bindings "ctrl + alt + 9" to "run XDoclet" and "ctrl + alt + 0" to "Run Packaging"...

Sorry for this late answer, I don't visit this forum on a regular basis... ( I need java 5.0 support which seems to be a "maybe later" thing with jboss ).

I think I just used the "Keys" preference page and erased the two shortcuts...

Window => Preference
General => Keys
