error creating new debug instance

Hi,

I've just downloaded JBoss-IDE / Eclipse 3.1 / JRE 1.5 1.4.1.e31-jre15.

I'm getting "An error has occurred. See error log for more details" when I try to create a new debug instance for JBoss4.0.

What log file and where is it?

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I get the same error using Eclipse 3.1 with JDK 1.4.2 using Eclipse IDE build 1.4.1.e31-jre14 which is supposedly compatible with all releases of Eclipse beyond 3.1 Milestone 4.

This is on a newly installed Eclipse 3.1.

Any solutions?

You should read the forum before posting. No released version of JBoss IDE works with Eclipse 3.1 final.
