How to download Eclipse software?
This is for JSP,XML etc.

go to eclipse.org and depending on your needs download either 3.1, 3.0, or 3.1M5a.

3.1 - newest /greatest but Jboss doesnt support it yet ( no news from jboss on when)

3.0 - stable and fully supported

3.1M5a- last build supported fully by Jboss/hibernate. If you decide on this then you can get Jboss/eclipse mix from this site ( Jboss.org).

To do XML all you will need is basic plugins from wtp ( look eclipse.org).
for JSP depending on flavor (straight JSP or something like Struts, JSF, freemarker etc) and how much automation you like you might be ok with standard tools or you might decide to go look for extra plugins ( some are free some are not)

I have both JDK1.4 and JDK1.5
