EJB works in a servlet but not in a child object

Hi,
The session bean works in a servlet, but if I move the code that uses it to a class of which I create an object in the servlet, it throws an exception in the JBoss AS. I think it is a problem with xdoclet.
Thanks for any ideas what might be wrong.

I am sorry ... I used a Local interface instead of the remote one ... my bad.
