How to uninstall JBoss-IDE

Hi,

i just installed JBoss-IDE for Eclispe. Unfortunatly I installed JBoss-IDE 1.4.1 which isn't working with Eclispe 3.1.

How I can uninstall JBoss-IDE 1.4.1 to install JBoss-IDE 1.5?

In the Eclipse "Product Configuration" the menu-item uninstall isn't accessible.

It's o.k - I reinstall the hole Eclipse!
