I've installed it twice and removed it twice. What benefit is the JBoss IDE versus Eclipse plus Ant for automated compile, assemble and package of applications? The XDoclet tag drop downs could be useful but the lists are huge and slow to display. Once you have your tags you can create Eclipse templates for the common headers.
Anybody out there actually find the JBoss IDE materially better than using JBoss with plain old Eclipse and plain old Ant? Perhaps there's a benefit I'm missing.
