Project with existing ant buildfile - import

I created a project with existing ant buildfile. I can only see Java source and .jar lib files. I like to see web components such as .jsp files. If I use File --> Import, Eclipse will copy the JSP files to workspace. But It is better to keep them in original location, so that I can run ant there to build Ear file. Thanks for advice.

you can use link to your jsp folder

select your eclipse project and then select New Folder
and then check Advanced and name it and browse to your jsp location
and you set.

you can keep any files outside of workspace that way

Do you know how to hide libraries(jar file) in the package explorer? I do not need to see them, too many.

sure
it's easy too ;-)
just create userLibrary and insert all your jars into it

I have for example 3 user libs:
1. jboss - all jars from lib and server/xxx/lib
2. common - all project common jars
3. web - all jars from my Web-inf/lib
