I tried that but my eclipse debug dialog does not list the jboss items (except for JBoss AOP Application). Everything prior to this step on the tutorial works. i am using JBossIDE-2.0.0.ALPHA-Bundle-win32.zip from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=22866&package_id=72248
what am i missing? thanx -

markus.wahl Jul 5, 2006 7:04 AM (in response to titics)i am in the dark here: am i supposed to install the jboss application server too?
you see, i assumed it was included in JBossIDE-2.0.0.ALPHA-Bundle-win32.zip so that when debugging and launching from within eclipse, the jboss IDE-plugins would house a jboss application server from with the eclipse jvm.
is that so? -

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_07-b03, mixed mode, sharing)
- Eclipse version
Version: 3.2.0
Build id: I20060602-1317
(The one bundled with JBossIDE-2.0.0.ALPHA-Bundle-win32.zip from
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=22866&package_id=72248)
- JBoss-IDE version
JBossIDE-2.0.0.ALPHA-Bundle-win32.zip
- JBoss version
Well, this is where I becom vague. You know, I didn't install Jboss per

- All the steps to reproduce the thing
http://docs.jboss.com/jbosside/tutorial/build/en/html/ up till chapter 10
- Any meaningful stacktraces or logs
No, nothing. I just can't find the grey JBoss boxes in the eclipse debug dialog.
