OK Button not available when refactoring - JBoss IDE1.5

When I try to, say, rename a variable using Refactor I get the dialog box but OK button is not available - although it's border-line is dark but "OK" is greyed out!

I'd appreciate any ideas on what could be wrong.

I have absolutely no idea what part of jboss ide or eclipse you're referring to. You've got to give more info than that if you ever expect a response.
