fatbatman Oct 3, 2006 11:08 AM (in response to fatbatman)anyone?
Are there any release notes for IDE2 beta1 that might explain this? I couldn't find any. -

rob.stryker Oct 3, 2006 11:38 AM (in response to fatbatman)right-clicking the .war file and selecting 'run on server' should deploy the war file.
Not deploying when right-clicking the project seems to be a bug upstream of jboss ide (in webtools) -

fatbatman Oct 3, 2006 3:20 PM (in response to fatbatman)I can't deploy when right clicking the war either, I do right click->run as->run on server.
I did actually set up any XDoclet stuff as I only wish to do a straight copy from my project to the server. Do I need to setup XDoclet ? is that why its saying no launchable artifact? -

dilator Oct 29, 2006 1:01 PM (in response to fatbatman)Hi,
I'm using JBossIDE 2.0.0.Beta2 (installed from bundle).
In the workbench preferences, rather than 'JBoss-IDE' (as described in chapter 11 of the online help) I have 'JBoss Eclipse IDE'. Under this node I do not have a 'Deployer' node. I have 'JBoss Servers', 'JBossWS', and 'XDoclet'.
In the mean time I'm dragging the .ear across to the deploy folder, but I'd like to do it automagically!
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance - Ben
