I've been having the same problems as others with regards to the "Starting..." issue and password protection.
After a bit of testing, the JBoss IDE (as confirmed by twiddle.log) appears to be ignoring the arguments in Twiddle Args, instead passing the ones in Stop Args. Placing the desired Twiddle arguments as Stop arguments resolves the issue nicely.
