How to open JBossSeam project?

all:

I created a project with JBosstolls:
1).file->new ->seam ->"Seam web project"
2)all ok.
I got 4 folders:

ybxiang
ybxiang-ear
ybxiang-ejb
ybxiang-test

Then i delete the 4 projects from eclipse without deleting contents.


Now, i want to open those 4 projects in eclipse again.

But how???

If i create the 4 projects in my company and take them home.
I want to work on them in my home.
But how to open them in eclipse?
Should i copy the workspace of eclipse to my home too???
It's not convenient!!!

Sorry, i find the method.

I got used to IntelliJ and always want to open project by click the .project files.

I should use import!!! I am sorry to ask such a stupid question!
