1. Re: Jboss Seam tool for eclipse issue
akazakov Apr 26, 2009 12:13 PM (in response to quintenjiang)Have you check /dev /classes folders? Are there Servlet and sessioan bean classes? If so then it seems to be a runtime issue.

2. Re: Jboss Seam tool for eclipse issue
quintenjiang Apr 26, 2009 3:36 PM (in response to quintenjiang)Yes, I can see session bean deployed into dev folder, and entity bean deplyed into folder classes, if servlet source code put under session bean folder, system can not find this servlet class, but if servlet source code put under entity bean folder, system can find it, but servlet can not inject ( can not find session bean) during running time, of couse, i can manually move release all class into folder classes. question is I want use tool to debug the programming under eclipse enviroment.
Did i miss some eclispe configuration on dev folder?
thanks -
3. Re: Jboss Seam tool for eclipse issue
akazakov Apr 27, 2009 1:57 AM (in response to quintenjiang)You can debug an application even if you deploy classes into /classes folder. /dev folder is used for hot deployment. If you put both classes to src/main folder, does it work? In case of using /main folder, you will have to restart your application on server every time you change the source.

7. Re: Jboss Seam tool for eclipse issue
quintenjiang May 6, 2009 9:31 AM (in response to quintenjiang)Thank you, it can switch to default output via configuration
Currently I am using Granites to develop, it generate AS code under src/main folder (Entity class), it is why I can not move class under src/hot(bean) into main folder. -
8. Re: Jboss Seam tool for eclipse issue
akazakov May 6, 2009 9:38 AM (in response to quintenjiang)I don't know what is Granities but if you need to point Seam Wizards to generate Entities to src/main you can do it in Seam Settings Project view (See Project Properties for your Seam project).

9. Re: Jboss Seam tool for eclipse issue
quintenjiang May 6, 2009 10:20 AM (in response to quintenjiang)Thank, I get other other problems,
Even I setup to output src/hot to default folder(classes). but actually I find it output both folders( classes and dev) to cause there are two seam components, how can I disbale dev folder? or it is bug?
Of couse, I can remove this dev folder after deploy and release, but currently I am in the middle of developing with eclipse, need normal enviroment.
Granites is open source (maybe belonging to Jboss) to communication between Seam and Flex) -
