JBoss Tools 3.1.0.M4 is available

The JBoss Tools 3.1.0 M4 release is now available!

More info will follow from Max, but we fixed 200+ bugs [1] this time around. You can see the New & Noteworthy [2] and see what was fixed in the Release Notes [3].

All issues will be moved to next version CR1 or GA,

I missed https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5030, It is now fixed in trunk. To fix it locally you need add those files into https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5030!/dtd folder and restart eclipse with -clean option.

This issue should be fixed in last nightly build.
