1. Re: Regarding UDDI Registry
anil.saldhana Jun 8, 2005 9:07 AM (in response to babusailam)Starting with JBoss 4.0.2, Apache jUDDI has been integrated into JBoss to provide JAXR compliance as part of J2EE 1.4.
http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JAXR
There are testcases in the testsuite that show how Apache Scout and jUDDI are used.
I will create a wiki entry in the next few days. -

jaycap Jul 18, 2005 12:18 PM (in response to babusailam)I'm running 4.0.2 and I need some further instructions as to how to start the juddi, and how do I test it. I don't see it running. Do I need to change the default jboss-service.xml file?

anil.saldhana Jul 18, 2005 1:52 PM (in response to babusailam)Looks like you did not see the link to the JAXR wiki page at the top.
If you had seen, there would have been a link to the jUDDI configuration and all your questions would have been answered just by checking the wiki page:

7. Re: Regarding UDDI Registry
jaycap Jul 18, 2005 5:16 PM (in response to babusailam)Thanks for the update.
I now have juddi running in JBoss 4.0.2.
I copied the juddi-service.sar folder from the C:\jboss-4.0.2\server\all\deploy folder to the C:\jboss-4.0.2\server\default\deploy folder and started JBoss. When I went to http://localhost:8080/juddi, the juddiHappiness page validated correctly.
Next I went and downloaded the uddibrowser and tried to setup a connection. What is the default userid and password, or where can I change that?
The only place I saw userID and password were in the C:\jboss-4.0.2\server\default\deploy\juddi-service.sar\juddi.war\WEB-INF\juddi.properties file.
When I try to connect from the uddibrowser I'm getting an error:
"The user ID and password pair passed in a get_authToken message is not known to the Operator Site or is not valid."
