I had this problem recently. Go to http://ip:8080/ws4ee/services When you hover over the wsdl link see if it pointing to the correct ip address or its internal hostname. If it is not the ip address go to deploy/jboss-ws4ee.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml Edit to be the external IP address.
