Deployng WS without restarting application

Does anybody know if it is possible to add, change or delete WS on JBoss/Axis without restarting an application? What i want to do is to generate beans, wsdl file and web services deployment descriptor from the application without having to restart it each time i change or add a web service.

When you will do all the work and your WS will be ready to deploy you can resave web.xml file (save again) and your WS will deploy.

Your application can generate valid WS4EE deployments that then can be deployed via JMX using the MainDeployer.deploy(...) operation.

In case you want to redeploy and endpoint you need to touch the deployment specific descriptor i.e ejb-jar.xml or web.xml
