Issues with w3.org timeouts

When deploying WSRP web services, it does not create the endpoint properly because the w3.org site timeout and it does not get the file it needs that is referenced by out wsdl :

any idea of how I could solve that or bypass it to make it take a file on the local file system ?

It might be possible to install an entity resolver that uses a local catalog to retrieve schemas as explained at http://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/faq-xcatalogs.html#faq-2

The JBossEntityResolver actually registers this entity.

 registerEntity("http://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd", "xml.xsd");

It needs to be checked, why wsdl4j does not see the local copy.
