jbossws/jbossws14 dependency on Tomcat 5.5.16?

The component-info.xml of both jbossws/jbossws14 define a dependency on Tomcat 5.5.16. Is this intentional or something that can be removed without any issues?

jboss 4.0.4.GA needs to be upgraded to Tomcat 5.5.17 and to do that the jbossws/jbossws14 xml files need to be updated for the thirdparty download.

Temporarily, I have disabled the explicit dependence on a particular version of Tomcat (ie. 5.5.16). The upgrade to Tomcat 5.5.17 in Branch 4_0 is complete. I am doing it in HEAD right now.

Since the webservice stack should not have any dependence on a particular version of Tomcat and rather base on what is available (the latest) in 4.0/HEAD, I think this explicit dependence clause should be removed.

Yes. There is a release target in the jbossws build that generates the component-info.xml. It does not include tomcat anymore
