limit the rows then only will the datascroller works.
but their is a bug like problem. when we scroll the headers of the scrollabledataTable will disappear.
can anyone suggest a solution

http://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/RF-989. Check that and vote for it.
You can also search in JIRA for open scrollableDataTable bugs and for the case you found a new one you can commit it.
But have in mind that Ilya said this combination is forbidden. Perhaps it's not a bug that it works together (?) -
