White space in String type field

Hello,
I'm using JBoss-4.0.5.GA, jbossws-1.0.4.GA and JSR-181,
xsd:string field type in WSDL.

When client sends string consists of only spaces then on the server side I got an empty string. Is this correct?

Hi,
I'm getting the same problem when the server sends an empty string back to the client. In the XML it appears as an empty tag.

Did you manage to find a solution?

This would be a bug. Please try the latest jbossws-1.2.1.GA
